These Terms and Conditions apply to all services supplied by I Do Steaming.

Services

I Do Steaming provides mobile garment steaming services for weddings, events and special occasions.

A booking is not confirmed until a non-refundable booking deposit of AUD $100 has been received by I Do Steaming.
The booking deposit secures the Client's requested service date and time and will be deducted from the total quoted service fee upon completion of the services.
By paying the booking deposit, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The remaining balance of the quoted service fee is payable upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where the Client requests additional garments, additional steaming services, changes to the scope of work, or where the service extends beyond the time reasonably contemplated in the original quotation, I Do Steaming reserves the right to charge additional fees at its current rates or decline additional items where time constraints prevent completion.
Any additional charges will be advised to the Client as soon as reasonably practicable and will be payable in addition to the original quoted service fee.

Clients agree to:
Provide accurate booking information.
Ensure garments are available and accessible at the agreed location.
Provide a safe working environment.
Advise of any delicate, vintage, heavily embellished or damaged garments before the service.

While every reasonable care is taken, some fabrics and garments may be inherently delicate due to age, material, embellishments, manufacturing defects or previous wear.
The client acknowledges that steaming may not be suitable for every garment.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
I Do Steaming is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, discolouration, weakened fabric, loose embellishments, faulty stitching or manufacturer defects.
We do not guarantee the removal of all wrinkles, creases or fabric imperfections.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of our services.

The Client acknowledges that garments presented for steaming may include delicate, vintage, custom-made, designer, embellished, beaded, sequinned, lace, silk or otherwise sensitive fabrics and materials.
I Do Steaming will exercise reasonable care, skill and attention when providing services. However, the Client acknowledges that steaming may reveal or worsen pre-existing issues including, but not limited to:
Weak, aged or damaged fabric;
Loose beading, sequins, lace or embellishments;
Faulty stitching or seams;
Manufacturing defects;
Previous alterations;
Fabric discolouration or wear; and
Damage caused by prior cleaning, transport or storage.
The Client agrees to inspect garments before the commencement of services and disclose any known damage, concerns or special care requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Do Steaming shall not be liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, garment age, manufacturing faults, improper storage, transportation damage, or fabric characteristics beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Clients acknowledge that service timing may be affected by factors outside our control including:
Venue access restrictions
Delayed deliveries
Vendor scheduling
Traffic conditions
Client availability
We will use reasonable efforts to attend and complete services as scheduled.

I Do Steaming may occasionally photograph garments, garment details, steaming setups or completed work for portfolio, website, social media or promotional purposes.
No personal information will be published without consent.
Photographs may include identifiable individuals, bridal party members, guests or personal details. If the Client does not wish photographs of their garments or event details to be used for promotional purposes, the Client must notify I Do Steaming in writing before the event date.
Any consent provided may be withdrawn at any time before publication by contacting I Do Steaming in writing.

The Client may cancel a booking at any time by providing written notice to I Do Steaming.
Where a booking is cancelled by the Client for any reason, the AUD $100 booking deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. The Client acknowledges that the deposit represents a genuine reservation fee for securing the requested service date and compensates I Do Steaming for administrative costs and the loss of booking opportunities.
Where cancellation occurs less than seven (7) days before the scheduled service date, I Do Steaming reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs already incurred in preparation for the booking.
If I Do Steaming is unable to provide the services due to circumstances within its control, any deposit paid will be refunded in full or, at the Client's election, applied to a mutually agreed alternative date.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, illness, venue restrictions, government actions or transportation disruptions.
