At I Do Steaming, we understand that a veil is often the most delicate piece of the entire bridal look. We steam cathedral, chapel, fingertip, birdcage and blusher veils on site at your venue or accommodation across the Shoalhaven, Illawarra, South Coast and Southern Highlands, taking care to preserve their structure and any lace or embroidery.
We use lifted, low-heat passes so tulle and netting relax without being flattened or crushed. Lace-trimmed and embroidered edges are supported during steaming, and vintage or heirloom veils are handled with extra patience to protect ageing fabric and stitching.
Detachable trains and overskirts are steamed while hanging so the full length drapes cleanly, then carefully arranged ready for the bride. Our goal is a veil that floats and photographs beautifully from every angle.
